The „Południe” („South”) Service Agency Ltd. in Cracow was created in 1991 in Cracow, as a company performing maintenance of cleanliness. With time, the range of services provided has been extended to include also: security protection of property and people, servicing of car parks, servicing boiler rooms, sewage rafineries and many others.

South Service Agency Ltd. has been taking special care of the needs of disabled people, by creating „South II” whose aim is to create work places and conditions for disabled people.

In the following years „South” Service Agency Ltd. expanded the scope of its activity relative to the purchase of electro-technical and design companies.

Today the South Group employ the total of over 3500 people working in services and production. They own a number of estates as well as a network of branches and service points all over Poland.

South Service Agency Ltd. offers the following services:

• cleaning – offices, community buildings, industrial buildings, banks, hospitals, railway stations, garbage and waste removal etc.,
• cleaning and washing – means of transport, elevations, carpets, upholstery etc.,
• security (concession of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration) – protection of people and property, security for variety of estates: shops, offices, service businesses,
• servicing – parking places, reception areas, boiler rooms, sewage refineries, hotels, residential districts.
