We offer:

High and low pressure tank wagons, with insulation and without any insulation, with a capacity from 52m3 to 122m3, for the transport of LPG, ammonia, chlorine and chemical products.
Self-discharge wagons ‘hopper’ and ‘Falns’ with a capacity from 45m3 to 90m3, and maximum gross weight of102T for the transport of coal and aggregate.
„Box” and Eanos wagons with a capacity from 45m3 to 72m3, with a maximum gross weight of102T, for the transport of coal and aggregate.
Flat wagons (e.g. Shimmns wagons covered with tarpaulin, for the transport of metal plates in coils).
Double deck wagons, such as Laaers and Hccrs type, for the transport of motor cars.
Special-purpose wagons with sliding aluminum walls.
Wagon subassemblies, such as Y25Lsd1 bogies and aluminum walls.
Wagon refurbishment
Heat annealing of tanks or welded elements with the dimensions which allow to place an element in the gas furnace chamber having the following parameters:

        - Furnace chamber length                  19,6 m
        - Furnace chamber width                     5,2 m
        - Furnace chamber height                    5,0 m
        - Heat capacity                                1,6 MW
        - Charge weight                               20 tons
        - Working temperature            550 C degrees.

The company has the following certificates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (environmental protection), PN-N-18001(safety management) and TÜV approvals for welding processes according to EN ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2 and AD 2000-Merkblatt HPO, TRT 009 which are specific requirements for tank welding. We also have Eisenbahn-Bundesamt’s (EBA) and Network Rail’s approvals for the delivery of rolling stock to the British and European markets.
