Raf Koltrans sp. z o.o. was founded in 2000 as a result of the transformation of Railway Dispatch Department of Jedlicze Petroleum Refinery S.A. On 17 April 2000 it was entered into the commercial register as a limited liability company with the initial capital of PLN 1.850.000. The shares in the capital are covered in 100% by the founder, i.e. Jedlicze Petroleum Refinery S.A On 19 September 2003 it was entered into the National Court Register under number KRS 0000173831.


The scope of the services provided:
Railway transport and dispatch

• Railway loading and unloading points service - forwarding
• Tank waggon/tank car/tankers management
• Filling/tankage and discharge of raw materials and refinery products
• Railway transport at the Jedlicze Refinery siding
• Current maintenance of railway engines and waggons, overhauls

The Company owns SM 42 shunters as well as specialist machines and equipment for track works. Moreover, it has its own technical and repair facility. Since 2006 the Company has had a safety certificate for the railway siding user, issued by the Railway Transport Office.We also hold ISO 9001:2008 Certificate – Quality Management System, which confirms the effectiveness of management in our Company and forms the basis for our clients’ trust.
