Kolchem - Rokita Transport – Forwarding Enterprise Ltd was founded in 1996.

It was separated from the structures of the ,,Rokita” Chemical Plants JSC on the basis of the former Railway Transport Enterprise.

31.05.1996 the Enterprise was introduced in the commercial register as a Ltd company.

14.03.2006 the company changed its name to PCC Kolchem Sp. z o.o. in Brzeg Dolny.

The main scope of company activities covers:

Business activity of the company includes the following:

• container transport to ports,
• domestic mass transport,
• railway transport of goods to Germany,
• sale of liquid fuels.

Besides, the company performs domestic licence transport of chemical products and raw materials to meet the needs of PCC Rokita and companies belonging to the capital group, as well as current repairs of railway cars and engines in a hall in the PCC Rokita S.A. ground.

Since 2006 the company disposes of:

• licence for railway transport of objects,
• Carrier Safety Certificate,
• licence for traction means accessibility,
• contract with PKP PLK S.A.
• licence for liquid fuels sale.
