KUŹNIA OSTRÓW WIELKOPOLSKI Sp. z o.o. specializes in production of die forgings from 0.5 kg to 45 kg under a die forging hammer, hydraulic press and forging machine. The company also produces smith forgings from 10 to 1000 kg.

The forgings can be prepared on request:

• can be delivered crude
  
• after heat treatment (standardization, softening, soft annealing)
  
• after shot peening or barrel finishing
  
• can be protected against corrosion
  
• can be delivered in bulk, on wood pallets or packed in boxes

We produce forgings which are made of carbon steel, alloy steel or special-purpose steel. The drawings of forgings are prepared in accordance with your drawings or details. Our forgings are manufactured according to PN-86/H-94301 and PN-79/H-94102 standards.

Kuźnia obtained certification from Germanischer Lloyd with the right to undertake forgings production for the German market. We were also accredited by Polski Rejestr Statków and Lloyd's Register of Shipping. Our company tests the resistance and strength of products. The tests are performed in the laboratory of Quality Control which obtained certification from Urząd Dozoru Technicznego (UDT). Our forgings are sold at competitive prices. We are open to price negotiations for bulk orders.
