Kolej Bałtycka is one of the first private railway companies in Poland. Their basic business as an independent rail operator started in 2004. Locomotives and wagons with F=ma logo are visible on the rail routes, not only in Poland but also in other parts of Europe. Kolej Bałtycka S.A. came from the company Heavy Haul Power International, operating in Germany and the UK.


Currently the board of Kolej Bałtycka focuses on the development of transport activitiy, in cooperation with national and international partners and building additional „branches” (service, training, tourism) to support companie’s main business.Kolej Bałtycka Serwis is supporting the company’s main business activities, focused on meeting the service needs of our own and our business partners including other railway companies. As part of ongoing services we offer: maintenance of locomotives, freight wagons repairs including replacement of wheelsets on Kutruff lifters.


Kolej Bałtycka trains workers for their own and other carriers for positions directly related to the operation and safety of railway traffic. The process of training is carried out by experienced crew from Kolej Bałtycka (controllers, instructors). Some of the practical training related to construction, repair and operation of rolling stock takes place in our workshop located in Szczecin Dąbie.
