Jastrzębska Spółka Kolejowa sp. z o.o. is the owner of railway infrastructure which includes station rails in the following mines: Borynia, Zofiówka, Pniówek, Krupiński, together with the adjacent route tracks and the Pawłowice Górnicze reconnaissance-receiving station.

Being the lawful Rail Manager, JSK provides the following services:

• rents railways following the price list approved by the President of the Rail Transport Office;
• maintains and repairs rail infrastructure, which includes the designing and cost assessment documentation and work supervision and execution;
• draws up complex building projects for rail infrastructure and helps obtaining building agreements in particular Provinces;
• removes the effects of mining damages in rail infrastructure. Within this service the Company draws up project and cost assessment documentation, executes and supervises the work;
• conducts specialised professional courses for the following posts: manoeuvring specialist, switch operator, arrangement specialist, fleet auditor, trade and transport service auditor, and others. JSK has its own Examining Commission authorised by the Rail Transport Office Inspectorate to conduct specialised exams relevant for rail traffic management. BRONISŁAW BORSKI President of the Board
