We provide our customers with long-term rental of tank cars as well as with additional services: technical maintenance, repairs, overhauls and cleaning of tank cars.

We are proud to have one of the largest and most diverse rail tank car fleets in Europe. Our cars are continuously adapted to market and regulatory requirements as well as to the individual needs of our customers. We invest in our fleet to provide railcars with the technical features desired by our customers.

Our fleet of almost 20,000 wagons includes rail tank cars equipped with tanks made of stainless or regular steel, enhanced with heating systems, thermal insulation, protective linings or rubber coatings. We also offer hoppers and gondolas for dry bulk products.

Due to attractive rental terms and high quality of repair and overhaul work we are trusted by a great number of customers all over Europe. The GATX Rail Europe group has over 200 corporate customers. Our rail cars are leased by both small private companies and large industry conglomerates with market activity throughout Europe.
