CTL Kargo Sp. z o.o. was founded as a common enterprise of CTL Logistics S.A. - the largest domestic company specializing in chemical products and raw materials and one of the largest fertilizer producers in Poland -Zakłady Chemiczne „Police” S.A.

It was founded on the basis of the former Zakład Transportu Kolejowego Z. Ch. Police S.A. (Z. Ch. Police S.A. Railway Transport Plant JSC) possessions. It was taken over 05.07.2005.

The company acts in the Z.Ch. „Police” S.A. railway siding, continuously functioning both for railway transport and trade, as well as in the Szczecin Port siding.

CTL Logistics S.A., by means of investments in CTL Kargo Sp. z o.o. development, strenghtens and extends its position as a logistic operator. The company disposes of significant technical infrastructure, which allows for logistic and repairing services, as well as cleaning of specialist rolling stock after transport of dangerous materials.

The company yearly transports 1 800 000 000 tonnes of products and raw materials for Z. Ch.

The company possesses repairing and renovating garage, adapted for the repairs and renovations of wagons and diesel engines, equipped with modern devices, employing qualified staff.

CTL Kargo Sp. z o.o., disposing of proper technical and personnel back-up, having long experience, focuses also on services in the scope of exploitation and repairs of railway sidings in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship and border voivodships.
