The CTL Chemkol Sp. z o.o. is a commercial law partnership founded in 2000 as a common initiative of two national magnates: the Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. in heavy chemistry area (49% of shares) and the CTL Logistics S.A. In transport and logistics services area with international reach (51% of shares).

The Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. has contributed its shares in the Partnership in material contribution form and the the CTL Logistics S.A. has given founds to the Partnership in framework of its part of shares and has made the know-how accessible for providing services in range of broadly understood railway and shipping transport.

The spectrum of activity of the Partnership are as follows:

• railway transport and goods shipping,
• marketing and management of railway traffic on side tracks,
• repairs of a rolling stock and railway infrastructure, including periodic controls and inspections and outgoing remedial service of a rolling stock,
• cleaning carriages (including carriages-tankers), autotankers and special cisterns,
• leasing a rolling stock,
• performing the road transport of materials.

The implementation of the Quality Management System in 2004 according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 standards is the confirmation of the quality of provided services.

The CTL Chemkol Sp. z o.o. Partnership was subject to SQAS research (quality and security estimate system) in the Tank Cleaning and RTC Workshop area. This research was done by the Auditor who is acredited by the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) conducting the SQAS program.
