CTL Agencja Celna Sp. z o.o. (Custom’s Agency), Gdańsk, ul. Kręta 1, established in 2001.

During six years of activity made eight own branches at borders and inner country: Gdańsk/ Gdynia, Braniewo, Kuźnica Białostocka, Puławy, Małaszewicze, Dorohusk, Medyka and Opole. We make custom’s clearance for each cargo (above one ton). We make our services for following custom’s procedures:

• import,
• export,
• inner transit (through EU countries),
• simplification for import.

One of our office make also INTRASTAT documents for our Clients. We make transit clearance using electronic system NCTS. Also make custom’s notes for Border Custom’s Office for these cargo, ehich is going further to other UE countries, transported through third countries in Europe (for example like Kaliningrad Area in a way to Lithuania), with TC.10 document.

We have custom’s guarantee for securing: custom’s and taxes fees and transit fees. Also have a special guaranteefor transport of cargo with an excise with a special permission of not paying an excise during transportation between: place of cystom’ clearance and excise tax place, excise tax places (EU), according to EU Custom’s Tarriff and domestic
rules.
