The Railway Design and Investment Service Office was established in Lodz in 1952. Since 1961, in Warsaw, it has been included as a unit of the organizational central board of management of district state railroads for the structure of Polish State Railways. Since March 1993, after reorganization, the office has functioned as a working company. We are recognized as specialist in a range of project design with railway, civil engineering and architectural plans. We have engineering staff with many years experience. We assure superior quality and punctuality with our entrusted orders.

We have implemented Quality Management System according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. On the basis of our projects performed on the rebuilding and modernization of:

• stations: Krzewie, Stara Wies, Okreg KZ Kutno, Klodawa, Zychlin, Jackowie, branch sentry Zamkow, Lewin Brzeski, branch sentry Knapowka, Niekrasow, Zebrzydowa, Plycwia
• tracks: Lewin Brzeski – Losiow, Miekinia - Przedmoscie Swiete, Boleslawiec – Zebrzydowa, Zebrzydowa – Wegliniec, Miedniewice - Skierniewice – Miekinia, Pekowice - Galkowek – Andrzejow
• engineering objects: Tunnel under railroad gauges in Bialystok, Overpasses endwise Aleksandrowska street in Lodz, Overpasses over Pabianicka street in Lodz

Presently the office processes documentation on the modernization of railroad line E-65 on sections:
