Astromal – we are styling the future
Astromal is a recognized Polish designer and producer of comprehensive solutions in scope of plastics. The company has been acting in the automotive industry since 1980, cooperating, among others, with leading manufacturers of buses and railway vehicles, to which it supplies the bus body elements made of polyester-glass laminates, such as for example: front and rear walls, bumpers, roof panels, internal coverings, driver’s stands, WC cabins, passenger and driver seats etc.

Astromal works in a professional and ecological way and it owns an appropriate equipment as well as a human potential, allowing for unassisted production of models, tools and prototypes. Experienced, over 200-person company’s stuff is ready to face the challenges and can versatilely develop even the most complicated project. Astromal applies various technologies of elements making: hand lay-up laminating, injection method-RTM, VACUUM – vacuum forming. Thanks to hi-tech CNC machine, the master models are manufactured with a very high precision. Each order stage, from a sketch, through various models and moulds, to making a prototype, is executed with a particular care and attention to the customer’s needs. Therefore our products are distinguished by an innovative design as well as high manufacturing quality and they meet binding European and global standards.
