PLASTWIL is a dynamically developing family-owned enterprise active in the manufacturing of plastic elements and metalworking for the railway sector and other branches of industry. We have become a modern company with 140 employees in the past 25 years.

The innovative character of the company is proven by the industrial property protection rights obtained. Since 1997, the company has been a co-owner of the patent for the invention of “A cushion spacer, especially for under rail applications” (Patent No. 316320) and received the industrial property protection right for the design of “An electro-insulating rail hold-down pad, especially for railway rails” (Design No. 106309). In 2008, PLASTWIL received the industrial property protection right for the design of “A cushion spacer” (Design No. 115793). We are working on novel solutions concerning plastic rail fastening elements as well as other technical components.

The high quality of the components offered is of the utmost importance to us. To confirm this, PLASTWIL implemented an in-house Production Control System as a 2+ compliance assessment system with technical approvals issued by the Railway Engineering Research and Development Centre. And besides, the company has an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certified by the TÜV Rheinland Polska.
